before anything else.
We consider all proposals consistent with our infrastructure. In practice, we often start with a pilot phase of a few thousand euros per month, before scaling to larger volumes. The minimum commitment is defined contractually with each partner.
Our standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Tailored terms can be negotiated based on volume, partnership duration and industry standards.
Our VAT compliance is active in France, Germany and Italy (monthly returns). We are registered with LUCID in Germany for VerpackG compliance. For other markets, we operate via the OSS regime. Every market launch is accompanied by the required regulatory documentation.
We respect the recommended pricing policies contractually communicated by partner brands. This pricing discipline is a condition of the commercial relationship, not an adjustment variable.
We handle first-level after-sales (request qualification, returns processing, exchanges) according to terms agreed with each partner. Complex cases are escalated to the brand following protocols defined contractually.
Monthly reporting by default: sales volumes per market, stock levels, performance per SKU. More frequent or customised reporting possible depending on partnership terms.
A pilot phase typically lasts 2 to 4 months and covers 5 to 20 jointly selected references. Its goal is to validate three elements: product rotation on the target market(s), logistics execution quality, and commercial reporting consistency. At completion, a joint decision is made to extend or end the partnership.
